Svaroopa® Yoga is a less active style of yoga based on the concept of core release and spinal decompression.
The process is easy and natural, meeting the tensions in your body facilitating their release. Svaroopa® yoga uses precise angles and alignments. As a fundamental principal of Svaroopa® Yoga is “Support = Release” you are well supported in all of the poses, so you can fully rest in each angle and benefit from the release of the deep muscles that attach to your spine in the core of your body.
Svaroopa® yoga is reliable, safe, effective and accessible. This nurturing and compassionate style of yoga is available to everyone regardless of prior yoga experience, age, gender, fitness level, shape or size. This is truly “yoga for the rest of us.”

Amanda is passionate about yoga and she is a senior instructor of Svaroopa® Yoga with over 1000 hours of training. Amanda runs a series of 4-6 week courses (weekly class) throughout the year in Logan City, Queensland. Regular attendance maintains regular body alignment. The course groups are relatively small (Max 14) and you receive a lot of individual attention.
You can join a class at any time, as the classes suit beginners as well as more experienced students.
